  • Research, analyze data, observe daily operational activity, generate insight to build new features, process or solve operation problems for improving engagement, seller experiences
  • Lead, plan and collaborate with other departments and varied stakeholders to roll out and achieve projects' goals
  • Monitor and analyze project results to identify and recommend improvements with varied stakeholders to achieve its business goals
  • Manage the performance dashboard and be able to point out the improvement gap if any
  • Being proactive as acting and making things happen. Also, being reactive is the handling of action that takes place
  • Support and collaborate with other functions on a projectbased when needed

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Ownership, be proactive, flexible and willing to learn
  • Outspoken personality and likes to initiate ideas
  • Experience in survey implementation, data analysis, report building
  • Presentation and effective communication between team members, key stakeholders involved in a project
  • Problem solving skills and adaptability are required to be flexible and make judgment as necessary
  • Experiences in project management, knowledge in ecommerce, delivery operations are a plus point
  • Basic Level of technical expertise in specific domain, to help anticipate problems in the system and collaborate with the product team to solve
