Key Accountabilities- Define work methodology to be used by the commercial and technical teams or clients and trains the commercial team on appropriate use.
- Coordinate the mapping of all the technical solutions in a business, country or region to ensure the development of value solution packages.
- Generate tools to support the sales teams in the management of their client portfolios to enable a focus on analysis and decision making.
- Identify added value services to distributors and consumers and standardize and define key performance indicators to measure.
- Collaborate with sales and strategic marketing to define and develop a plan of capabilities, processes, products and tools for distributors, sales executives and specialists to become leaders in the market.
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience: Animal Nutrition, Animal Science/ Veterinary, Animal Husbandry
- At least 5 years of management experience related work experience
- Possess comprehensive knowledge related to Animal Nutrition & AH and Farm.
- Experience leading, mentoring and coaching lower staff levels
- Ensures departmental operations meet established customer satisfaction, profitability and performance improvement standards.
- Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- Ability to lead and develop a team of subordinate employees
- Project management skills
