**NHIỆM VỤ**:

- Xây dựng, lập kế hoạch marketing dài hạn và ngắn hạn, lên kế hoạch ngân sách, tổ chức triển khai hoạt động digital marketing và trade marketing cho sản phẩm của Công ty.
- Quản lý và thực hiện các hoạt động nhằm tăng cường hình ảnh và thương hiệu của sản phẩm trước cộng đồng.
- Lên kế hoạch chi tiết, thực hiện và triển khai các Event, hội chợ, hội nghị, hội thảo và các hoạt động Trade Marketing giới thiệu sản phẩm, phát triển thương hiệu.
- Lên kế hoạch chi tiết, thực hiện và triển khai các chương trình truyền thông cho sản phẩm.
- Thiết lập và duy trì mối quan hệ với báo chí, cơ quan truyền thông và các cơ quan có liên quan đến sản phẩm mà Công ty đang kinh doanh.
- Hướng dẫn, định hướng nhân viên phát triển nội dung cho các tài liệu Marketing sản phẩm của Công ty.
- Xây dựng và phát triển đội ngũ nhân sự cho bộ phận Marketing
- Dẫn dắt và hướng dẫn bộ phận Marketing một cách hiệu quả trong các hoạt động hàng ngày của nhóm.
- Phối hợp với trưởng nhóm kinh doanh chỉ đạo và giám sát việc thực hiện các kế hoạch marketing và truyền thông sản phẩm.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác liên quan theo yêu cầu của Ban Giám đốc.

**YÊU CẦU**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, các chuyên ngành kinh tế, marketing, báo chí, quản trị kinh doanh,;
- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương;
- Có kinh nghiệm và hiểu biết về việc phát triển marketing đa kênh, đặc biệt là trên các nền tảng: Facebook, Google, Website, Youtube, Zalo, E-commerce;
- Có khả năng đàm phán, có kỹ năng thuyết trình và giao tiếp tốt;
- Có khả năng lập kế hoạch, triển khai thực hiện kế hoạch công việc;
- Có kỹ năng chỉ đạo và bao quát công việc;
- Tinh thần thái độ tốt, sẵn sàng cống hiến;
- Năng động, sáng tạo, chủ động và có trách nhiệm với công việc được giao;
- Có kế hoạch ổn định công việc, gắn bó lâu dài với công ty.
