Work Responsibilities

You will collaborate with clients to help them make informed decisions and implement solutions based on strategic business development to drive value. You will analyze and manage requirements to assist clients in fulfilling their project needs. This role offers the opportunity to utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills, solve complex issues, and communicate findings effectively, both independently and within a team.

As part of our team, you will support clients in their transformation journey by:

  • Identifying efficiency opportunities and innovative methods for completing tasks, particularly in cost optimization and reduction areas.
  • Participating in team problem-solving efforts and proposing solutions for client challenges.
  • Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completion of work products.
  • Assessing operational models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline service delivery.
  • Contributing to proposal development when required.
  • Enhancing consulting skills and professional development through training, mentoring, and client interaction.

About You

We are seeking someone with:

  • A business or finance degree from a reputable institution, or enrollment in an MBA program.
  • Several years of experience in a transformation or consulting role.
  • Proficiency in leading business model design and implementation in areas such as financial modeling, Operational Excellence (Opex), and productivity programs.
  • Experience managing project or resource budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and appeal to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to foster change in uncertain environments and cultivate consensus.
  • Strong commitment to professional and personal growth.
  • Drive, client focus, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of efficiently prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Familiarity with consulting demands and willingness to travel locally and internationally for short and long-term projects.
