Work you'll do:

Job Purpose:
Carry out tasks, assignments, and working plans as a Risk Advisory Consultant under the supervision of Senior personnel for each project. Provide risk services to clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Delivery Service Standards:
Work independently or collaboratively to provide risk services, including data analytics, research, and report/presentation preparation.
- Take ownership of projects, ensuring delivery meets firm's quality standards and client expectations. Collaborate closely with Managers/Partners for engagement risk management and quality control.
- Develop and maintain positive client relationships to exceed expectations, as well as undertake additional tasks as needed.

  • Engage in learning and development programs related to Risk Advisory functions.
  • Fulfill required learning hours and pursue relevant qualifications to support Risk Advisory work.

Branding and Relationship Building:
Assist in managing client relationships professionally.
- Play an active role in proposals, bidding, and identifying new market opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree/diploma in Banking and Finance; Finance Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Econometrics, Economics or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Quantitative analysis, Data mining/Statistics, Financial mathematics, and Risk management.
  • Interest in utilizing programming software (R, Python, etc.) and SQL.
  • Strong report writing and presentation abilities.
  • Business acumen.
  • Adaptability and teamwork skills.
  • Openness to travel within Vietnam.
  • Solid analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Relevant professional certifications like FRM/CFA (completed or in progress) are a plus.
