    Job Purpose:
  • The job holder responsible for planning and budgeting for external communications, aiming to build the bank's brand position in the press/communication.
  • The job holder implement programs, supervise the implementation of external communication programs; Communication risk management.
  • The job holder synthesize data, analyze external media trends.

Key Accountabilities (1):

Plan external communication plans, measuring and monitoring implementation:

  • Responsible for planning, monitoring and implementing PR activities to build and promote the bank's reputation, image and products.
  • Develop content routes for PR programs; Prepare speeches for leaders.
  • Manage content orientation, images to the outside public.
  • Organize events (press conferences, seminars, composing press releases, providing information to the outside).
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of communication on traditional media channels and digital platforms.

Build and strengthen strong relationships with the press:

  • Establish, maintain and regularly build relationships with press agencies and media.
  • Develop a plan to strengthen appropriate media relations.
  • Periodically evaluate changes and the impact of communication on the organization.

Monitor and manage communication risks:

  • Timely detect communication risks that may arise, adversely affecting the reputation and brand of the business.
  • Plan to handle media risk issues with the press and external partners when necessary.

Budget and operation management of PR department:

  • Develop budget to ensure activities of PR department.
  • Build, manage OKRs and support training through daily tasks.
  • Control and implement to ensure the highest efficiency for communication and public relations management activities in the assigned area.
  • Perform other related tasks at the request of the Head of Corporate Communication.

  • Regularly work with Divisions: Finance, Development Strategy,... and business divisions to implement public relations projects;
  • Work closely with Business MKT and Branding in implementing PR projects related to building brand communication and promoting banking products.

Key Relationships - External Stakeholders:

  • Work directly with the leaders of the press agencies assigned to manage;
  • Presiding over handling cases of media crisis or risk with relevant press units;
  • Work regularly with news management partners on media channels to have effective prevention and response plans.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences:

Qualifications

  • University or higher
Work Experience

  • At least 8 years of experience in related field
  • 4+ years of experience in team management/leadership.
Foreign Language

  • English, Level 3
