  • Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
  • Hosting 121's to drive team members performance through continuous improvement and team meetings
  • Keeping up to date with business development and new product lines
  • Manage daytoday line activities, priorities and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving SLAs
  • Ensure training and development plans are maintained for all team members
  • Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies
  • Escalate Operations issue for timely support and resolutions.

Job type:

  • Fulltime 24/7, fixed shifts
1-person Morning: 05:00 - 15:00

1-person Afternoon: 14:00 - 21:00

1-person Night: 21:00 - 05:00

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 2+ years of experiences customer services
  • Bachelor Degree or above;
  • Team management experience
  • Coaching and communication skills
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience within a contact centre environment as a Team Manager
  • Experience within customer services
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong coaching and peopledevelopment skills through call listening, quality feedback, etc.
  • Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations
  • Energetic and motivating individual
  • Creative & Critical thinking
  • Language English: Advanced English
  • Salary: 13 Mil Max for 2+ years
18 Mil Max for 5+ years
