Responsibilities:

We are looking for Customer Support who:

  • Handle customer complaints, any special cases or ad hoc tasks.
  • Support other teams with customer liaison, accurately document customer requests and advice, and provide feedback in the form of documentation.
  • Reply to clients' inquiries about policy and admin procedures related to policy
  • Inform client of claim & refund result

Qualifications:

  • College degree or above; proficient in English with fluency in Vietnamese.
  • Fundamental Microsoft Office skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or Ecommerce industry. Outstanding new graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • High level of honesty and integrity; Proactive and meticulous; A sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
