Là thành viên trong bộ phận kinh doanh, vị trí này đóng vai trò mấu chốt trong các chiến lược thu hút và giữ chân đối tác. Các công việc chính bao gồm khai thác tệp khách hàng tiềm năng, cung cấp hỗ trợ cho từng đối tác, nghiên cứu biến động thị trường, và giúp đối tác hiểu rõ hơn về cơ chế, sản phẩm của sàn.
About the Role:
As a pivotal member of our team, you, as the Business Development Representative, play acrucial role in our partner acquisition and retention strategy for Vietnam. Your primary responsibilities encompass cultivating a diverse portfolio of partners, offering tailored support, conducting comprehensive market analyses, and delivering product education to ensure consistent target achievement within your portfolio.

- Tìm kiếm và thiết lập mối quan hệ với các đối tác mới tiềm năng, đồng thời thúc đẩy tăng trưởng kinh doanh với các đối tác sẵn có nhằm duy trì lợi nhuận và tăng doanh thu.
- Gặp mặt trao đổi với khách hàng trực tiếp, giúp củng cố niềm tin của khách hàng đối với công ty.
- Nghiên cứu thị trường và cung cấp phản hồi cần thiết cho cấp quản lí.
- Phân tích xu hướng, theo dõi hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh và giúp công ty phát triển các chiến lược tiếp thị, quảng bá hiệu quả, thúc đẩy doanh số.
- Đảm bảo các mục tiêu doanh thu theo tháng/tháng/quý.
- Chủ động cung cấp hỗ trợ cho đối tác.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish connections with prospective clients, drive business growth for existing partners, and ensure profitability and increased sales.
- Personally meet with partners when required, reinforcing their confidence in our company's products.
- Provide valuable market feedback to the management.
- Analyze marketing trends, monitor competitors' activities, and contribute insights for refining operational and marketing strategies.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with partners.
- Reach and exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Contribute to the organization of educational events.
- Offer daily support to all company partners reactively.
- Participate in the company's marketing activities and promotional campaigns for customer acquisition and conversion.

- Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành tài chính, giao dich ngoại hối, chứng khoáng, tiền số.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp, thương lượng khi làm việc trực tiếp với đối tác.
- Làm việc hướng đến kết quả, năng động, nhanh nhẹn.
- Khả năng giải quyết, phân tích vấn đề.
- Tiếng Anh tốt là lợi thế.
Job requirements:
- University degree in a relevant financial or commercial discipline is advantageous.
- Experience in financial services/ investment (forex, crypto, fund etc) and banking industry
- Results-oriented and dynamic individual.
- Positive attitude, adaptable nature, thriving in a fast-paced, ever changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer relations.
- Proficient in planning, forecasting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- English proficiency is advantageous.
