**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)

Xây dựng, triển khai chiến lược phát triển thị trường các kênh Social Commerce và sàn TMĐT.

Xây dựng kế hoạch sử dụng các kênh Digital Marketing theo định kỳ (phân tích thị trường, đối tượng mục tiêu, đối thủ, chiến lược, ngân sách,...).

Xây dựng, triển khai, kiểm soát và đánh giá hiệu quả các chương trình Digital Campaign, các hoạt động Perfomance Digital cho từng thương hiệu của Công ty và đảm bảo đạt KPIs đề ra.

Đề xuất và thực hiện các chương trình khuyến mãi, truyền thông, quảng bá và xây dựng thương hiệu trên công cụ Digital Marketing.

Lập kế hoạch, xây dựng chiến lược, tối ưu hoá quảng cáo và mở rộng các kênh chuyển đổi khách hàng trên Facebook Ads và các kênh khác.

Thực hiện đánh giá hiệu quả các kênh và điều chỉnh phù hợp.

Cập nhật kiến thức, xu hướng mới về Digital Marketing; Tham mưu, đề xuất cho lãnh đạo trực tiếp những hoạt động Digital Marketing phù hợp và hiệu quả.

Quản lý đội ngũ nhân viên thuộc team Digital Marketing và bán lẻ (tuyển dụng, phân công công việc, đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu quả công việc, đề xuất khen thưởng - kỷ luật, v.v...);
Thực hiện các báo cáo và thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Cao Đẳng

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên chuyên ngành Marketing, Truyền thông, Quản trị; có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Digital Manager, tuổi từ 28 đến dưới 37. Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành Mỹ Phẩm, FMCG, Thời trang

Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý, tổ chức, giám sát tốt.

Có khả năng xây dựng, phân tích, tổng hợp và quản lý tổng thể các chiến dịch marketing có quy mô lớn và vừa, các chương trình xúc tiến bán hàng nhằm đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh.

Có khả năng tổng hợp thông tin, xử lý tình huống liên quan đến quy trình của hệ thống.

Nhiệt huyết, không ngại thử thách, có tinh thần cầu tiến, biết lắng nghe.
