Our client is a leading communication and technology company in Vietnam, who is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm:

  • Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
  • Develop new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, pitching services to them, and winning new contracts.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients.
  • Oversee the delivery of media and communication projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the clients satisfaction. They manage a team of account managers, project managers, and creative professionals to ensure that all aspects of the project are executed flawlessly.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the clients business objectives.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their goals, target audience, and market position, and then develop creative and effective strategies to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Manage the financial aspects of client accounts, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing and ensure that all projects are completed within budget and that revenue targets are met.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis to clients, outlining the performance of campaigns and projects that use data and analytics to measure the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.


A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is typically required At least 10 years of work experience.

Proven experience as a account director or similar positions Must be a skilled communicator and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Able to listen actively, understand client needs, and provide effective solutions. Strategic thinker, able to develop and implement creative and effective strategies that align with client objectives.

Have strong project management skills, able to oversee the delivery of media and communication projects Have a strong understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and invoicing.

Must be a strong leader, able to manage and motivate a team of account managers, project managers, and creative professionals.
