Our University of London BSc (Hons) Finance, Economics & Management, Accounting & Finance, and Business & Management programmes provide students with the quantitative and critical thinking skills needed for navigating the complex world of business.


Our Staffordshire University BSc (Hons) International Business Management and Marketing Management programmes provide students the business and management skills, knowledge, and real-life experience to be innovative & creative in business and be able to adapt to the changing world of technology.


Our Staffordshire University Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme integrates business education with innovative AI-based teaching methods, offering a comprehensive understanding of key business domains such as finance, marketing, leadership and strategic management.

The AI component enhances learning through personalized content, real-time feedback, and interactive simulations, making complex concepts more accessible and engaging.


POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Lecturers / Senior Lecturers (Academic Levels B & C)
(Essential)

  • PhD or Doctoral qualifications and master's degree in a relevant discipline area from an internationally recognized institution
  • University or postgraduate teaching experience in the field, having taught programmes where instruction is 100% English.
  • Higher education teaching qualification, recognition, or accreditation, or willingness to work towards this.
  • Sufficient breadth or depth of specialist knowledge to develop teaching programmes and the provision of student learning support.
  • Indepth understanding of own specialism to enable the development of new knowledge and understanding within the field.
  • Evidence of (CPD) and/or professional industrial membership.
  • Evidence of a positive impact at discipline programme level beyond own teaching.
  • Experience of teaching, curriculum development and quality assurance and enhancement in an HE environment.
  • Research experience.
  • Evidence of highquality publications or other outputs in research or practice.
(Desirable)

  • Evidence of highquality publications or other outputs in research or practice.
  • Experience of research and evidence of uptodate research activity.
  • Demonstrable ability to lead research projects, win bids, and generate income.
  • Experience teaching at postgraduate levels, including but not limited to MBA.
