Người đảm nhận vị trí có trách nhiệm:
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản trị các chỉ số hiệu quả của mảng phụ trách theo đúng mục tiêu chiến lược; điều phối hoạt động lập kế hoạch and lựa chọn các hành động trọng tâm ưu tiên trong từng thời kỳ nhằm hướng đến đạt được doanh thu, tối đa hóa chi phí để từ đó đạt mục tiêu lợi nhuận cho mảng phụ trách theo đúng chiến lược của ngân hàng.
**Key Accountabilities (1)**:
1. Quản trị và điều phối hoạt động lập kế hoạch kinh doanh theo mục tiêu chiến lược
- Là đầu mối phối hợp với các bộ phận có liên quan trong việc xây dựng lên kế hoạch kinh doanh theo mô hình chiến lược FM 5 năm và chỉ số kinh doanh hàng năm cho Khối.
- Chịu trách nhiệm điều phối tổng thể cho toàn bộ hoạt động lập kế hoạch and quản trị các hành động trọng tâm của mảng nhằm đảm bảo đạt được các chỉ số kinh doanh trọng tâm theo đúng mục tiêu chiến lược.
- Thảo luận và đưa các phân tích/đề xuất các hành động cho khối KD dựa trên các phân tích/báo cáo nội bộ của khối cũng nhưng báo cáo/phân tích của các các đơn vị khác (CLPT; MKT; Treasury; BI;...)
- Hỗ trợ trong việc xây dựng/ điều chỉnh KRAs/ KPIs cho các mảng chức năng thuộc đơn vị phụ trách
- TÍnh toán và cung cấp kết quả đánh giá thực hiện KRA/ KPIs của đơn vị KD
- Điều phối và quản trị toàn bộ Master Plan, Action Plan tổng thể của đơn vị phụ trách, tracking tiến độ các hoạt động kinh doanh và hoạt động nền tảng; đảm bảo sản phẩm đầu ra và các mục tiêu tài chính tương ứng.
2. Quản lý đo lường kết quả thực hiện mục tiêu
- Quản trị,thực hiện kế hoạch tracking/ đo lường kết quả kinh doanh định kỳ theo tháng/quý/năm theo các mục tiêu kinh doanh đã thống nhất.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận có liên quan trong việc quản lý, tracking tiến độ và chỉ số hiệu quả của các sáng kiến và hành động trọng tâm (master plan) của đơn vị phụ trách..
- Chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng các mô hình tài chính đánh giá lợi ích/ chi phí của các chương trình kinh doanh, sáng kiến có tác động đến kêt quả kinh doanh của khối kinh doanh làm cở sở quyết định cho GĐK/người được GĐK ủy quyền.
- Phối hợp cùng các đơn vị KD và các bộ phận khác trong ngân hàng xây dựng mục tiêu và đo lường kết quả của các hành động kết nối các khối (value chain; economic sectors; joined projects/ joined initiatives)
- Xây dựng/phối hợp (với DnA) xây dựng các mô hình dự báo kết quả kinh doanh theo từng thời kỳ, giúp Ban lãnh đạo của đơn vị phụ trách có thể ra các quyết định kinh doanh kip thời và hiệu quả hơn.
2.1. Hỗ trợ và Kiểm soát độc lập
- Tính toán và kiểm soát độc lập các giao dịch mảng tự doanh nguồn vốn khối GTS ngăn ngừa các tổn thất tài chính/uy tín; phù hợp các yêu cầu của ngân hàng
- Tham gia xây dựng và đánh giá khả năng triển khai các sản phẩm tự doanh khối GTS
- Tham gia và hỗ trợ phân tích/ báo cáo và ra quyết định cho các hoạt động ALCO
2.2 Tham gia các hệ thống/ dự án
- Đảm bảo các yêu cầu về số liệu; tính năng phục vụ cho các chức năng của BF được xây dựng và triển khai tại các hệ thống/dự án (e.g chức năng kiểm soát; đối chiếu; toàn vẹn của thông tin/số liệu..)

3. Quản trị hiệu quả chi phí
- Điều phối tổng thể cho toàn bộ hoạt động lập kế hoạch chi phí hàng năm của đơn vị phụ trách.
- Chịu trách nhiệm quản trị and kiếm soát chi phí hoạt động định kỳ của mảng nhằm đảm bảo quản lý và tối ưu hóa % CIR theo đúng mục tiêu chiến lược.
- Đầu mối làm việc với các bên liên quan đế đưa ra các tỉ lệ phân bổ chi phí theo phân khúc/ tiểu phân khúc/ sản phẩm/ Gói sản phẩm... làm cơ sở đế đánh giá hiệu quả hoạt động theo các mặt cắt khác nhau.
4. Xây dựng chính sách và khung quản lý giá
- Tham gia việc xây dựng chính sách; khung quản lý giá. Phối hợp cùng các đơn vị thực thi và kiểm soát việc thực thi chính sách/quy trìn
