  • Handle Work Permit jobs including but not limited to preparing documents for new, and renewal Work Permits, Visa, Resident Card, and some documents relevant; to record legal document licenses for Expat.
  • Keep important company legal documents and prepare documents for amendment or change if any. Keep all vendors' contracts and contracts with customers.
  • Issue inhouse announcements, internal memos, notices, and memorandums to ensure clear employee communication; prepare and control all company admin formats.
  • Manage and monitor the company's facilities, equipment, fixtures, security, ancillary items, etc. in use. Control of fixed assets of the Company, equipment maintenance and problems arising when there are failures.
  • Handle the issuance, change, and cancellation of the company seal.
  • Handle procurement of fixtures, ancillary items, office consumables and retail goods.
  • Handle procurement, custody, and delivery of inhouse ledger, slips
  • In charge of vehicle dispatcher, managing and issuing gasoline and diesel tickets for company vehicles to ensure company vehicles are properly used and comply with law and company rules.
  • Manage meeting rooms following the Company's regulations.
  • In charge of receiving, sending, and handing incoming and outgoing documents, to couriers.
  • Handles business travel arrangements for employees (airfare, accommodation).
  • Others as assigned by superior.

  • Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)
  • Annual Salary Increase: once per year
  • Performance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
  • Insurance: 24 hours' Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance

  • Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in administrative management or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of related experience. Knowledge of KWE's products and services is a plus.

  • Experience in supporting crossfunctional teams, and interacting effectively with all levels of the Company.
