Duties and responsibilities:

  • 1. Support to deliver training program and design training materials
  • Plan and deliver onboarding program to new employees
  • Based on annual training plan, work out quarterly plan and provide an efficient transactional L&D service for courses from nominations, registers, course instructions, prelearning material to dealing with alterations, cancellations. Prepare and distribute training aids such as instructional materials, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids; set up audiovisual equipment and make presentations when necessary.
  • Track learning budget and ensure all training contracts and payment process as per company guidelines are properly adhered to.
  • Assist internal and external trainers in preparing and administering various training programs.
  • Administer and evaluate training program qualification tests and together with HRBPs determine eligibility of prospective attendees.
  • When requested, join to develop training materials to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement of participants.
  • 2. Develop and maintain learning database and learning channels
  • Administer and maintain learning channels of B.Braun effectively by recommending courses for each group/team, tracking and engaging them to fully complete courses.
  • Review and evaluate systems and databases to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in tracking learning and competency record.
  • Maintain learning database (materials, records, contracts, elibrary ) effectively to provide to HoDs, employees, quality auditors or other stakeholders when required.
  • Frequently review learning data, share findings and propose improvement actions if needed.
  • Maintain and improve L&D space on internal site to make it most updated and visited one.
  • 3. Act as a catalyst in learning culture and employee engagement
  • Be a role model in sharing and driving best practices in learning to team and individuals. Take accountability in deploying activities/events to spread the culture of learning and sharing.
  • Participate in learning need analysis discussion and provide insight to support supervisor or department in improving learning culture/ programs.
  • Liaise with training agencies and trainers to clarify training needs when required.
  • Liaise with the Corporate Communications team to ensure L&D events are published and communicated to maximize take up.
  • Help select appropriate learning/training materials and programs to provide effective and innovative solutions.
  • 4. Others task
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities to fuel bonding spirit and energy to people and teams.
  • Assist with the launch and roll out of HR or L&D initiatives such as system rollout/ enhancement.

Professional competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in related functions
years' experience in HR Learning and Development, HRBP or in training agencies is preferred,

  • Fluent in English

Personal competencies:

  • Effective time management and work on multiple tasks in parallel whilst delivering solution on time. Able to work accurately with attention to details.
  • Good problemsolving skill and decisionmaking with ability to consider options for flexibility when providing a customerfocused service.
  • Good communication skill. Possess "cando" attitude.
  • Able to build and maintain professional relationship
