YOUR MISSION:

  • Manage the selection of the most appropriate trims and suppliers (Location / Leadtime / Quality / Performance and Price) to meet BU needs
  • Manage time line execution on trim developments
  • Provide technical advice for resolve quality issues
  • Trim sourcing strategy planning and execute
  • Manage trim library for new collections, seasonal & approved trim standard
  • Validate Trim RSL compliance and physical performance
  • Update trim specification in Material Repository system
  • Color Lal dips approval management. Explore new/potential supplier and sitevisit
  • Explore material market trend and newness
  • Manage team to achieve BU and development team target
