- Handling multiple line of business claims but mostly the Group Personal accident and Workmen Compensation claims in accordance with company guideline and procedure.
- Responsible to claim admin tasks in HCMC, including file management, claim registration and create payment in system.
- Other tasks as assigned by Head of Claims.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Qualification
- Graduate level BA or higher in insurance, economics, finance or legal disciplines.
- Certification of insurance issued by a professional insurance training institution is preferred.
Experience:
- Medium work experience
- At least 5 years' experience working as insurance claim handler.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of business processes
- Basic understanding of system and its operation
- Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both local Vietnamese and English language.
- Strong client and customer management skills.
- Analytical and strong negotiation skills.
- Strong reasoning capabilities, creative lateral thinking, and good problemsolving skills.
- Ability to prioritise and achieve deadlines/ targets.
Salary:
Negotiable depends on the qualification and experience.
