**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Thu thập thông tin về incident/problem.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận development/system/infra/support để xác định nguyên nhân, đề xuất giải pháp và thực hiện xử lý incident/problem một cách hiệu quả trong thời gian cho phép.
- Theo dõi, cập nhật liên tục trạng thái, lưu nhật ký xử lý của incident/problem.
- Xây dựng, hoàn thiện quy trình quy trình xử lý và quản lý incident/problem.
- Giám sát, quản lý công việc của team incident
- Báo cáo incident định kỳ cho ban giám đốc khối CN.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác được lãnh đạo phòng/khối giao.

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học về CNTT hoặc các ngành gần (toán tin, viễn thông )
- Có ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò quản lý/trưởng nhóm CNTT trong linh vực Tài chính - Ngân hàng hoặc tương đương.
- Có kiến thức tốt về quản lý dịch vụ CNTT như ITIL, ITSM.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với các phần mềm và hệ thống CNTT như Service desk, Zabbix, PRTG, Solarwinds.
- Có hiểu biết về ngôn ngữ lập trình như Java, PHP, SQL; cơ sở dữ liệu Oracle, Postgres, Mysql; ảo hóa Vmware, Container; network, storage; mô hình microservice; cloud; devops
- Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề.
- Kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý thời gian, làm việc nhóm.
- Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực và đáp ứng thời hạn.
- Khả năng đọc hiểu tiếng Anh tốt, giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản
