- Overall, in charge of Plant Maintenance Department.
- Develop a comprehensive maintenance system to ensure that the plant & equipment operate long term.
- Draft and maintain guidelines for physical operation of all facilities.
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance carried out for all plant equipment and facilities.
- Keep track and update maintenance data and records for all plant equipment and facilities.
- Ensure that work activities are complying to all risk control measures and adhere to safe work procedure according to Work Safety Health (Risk Management) requirements.
- Manage facility waste and energy consumption.
- Monitor efficiency of plant equipment and propose improvement plan.
- Management of contracts like security, cleaner and landscape contractor in terms of job, service and repair work.
- Part of Management team to improve operation, recommending, supporting and implementing continuous improvement activities like process & procedure improvements to optimize results.
- Daily maintenance team manpower planning and allocation.
- Manage significant EHS risks, actual or potential of their work activities and report to management on EHS concerns, incident and accidents that arise

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Qualification**
- Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge and experience in Electrical & Mechanical with analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of ISO 9001 & ISO 45001 is a plus
- Facility maintenance management experience is a must

**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years in facility engineering
- Minimum 5 years in equipment maintenance
- Good knowledge in price estimation of related work activities

**Essential Attributes**
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- High regards to quality and expediency
- Good negotiating and management skills
- Ability to work and solve problem independently
