1. Hoạch định và triển khai chiến lược Marketing
- Hoạch định chiến lược Marketing theo định hướng kinh doanh của Ban lãnh đạo công ty ngắn và trung hạn;
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, phân tích dữ liệu cho từng BU từ đó phân loại, xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch và đề xuất định vị thương hiệu phù hợp;
- Đưa ra tầm nhìn chiến lược hoạch định kế hoạch và ý tưởng nhằm xây dựng chiến lược quảng cáo tiếp thị cho các BU;
- Định hướng, tư vấn đối với các BU xây dựng các kế hoạch tiếp thị phù hợp và giám
- Đầu mối triển khai các chiến lược, kế hoạch tiếp thị chung của SBT đến các BU.

2. Nghiên cứu, dự báo và phát triển thị trường

3. Lập kế hoạch và triển khai hoạt động Marketing hỗ trợ bán hàng

4. Xây dựng và phát triển các chương trình liên kết nội bộ và bên ngoài nhằm hỗ trợ BU đạt được mục tiêu kinh doanh

5. Quản lý, điều phối và giám sát các bộ phận liên quan Marketing

6. Quản lý và phát triển thương hiệu

7. Đánh giá & báo cáo
- Đánh giá và bác cáo các kế hoạch tiếp thị đã xây dựng, thực hiện, từ đó, đưa ra những chiến lược ngắn - trung - dài hạn phù hợp theo từng cột mốc thời gian

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Trình độ: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các ngành QTKD, Marketing, Kinh tế, Ecommerce

Kinh nghiệm: Có tối thiểu 15 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Marketing, trong đó có ít nhất 08 năm kinh nghiệm tại các vị trí quản lý từ cấp Trưởng phòng MKT trong các công ty FMCG, ưu tiên từng làm việc tại các công ty FMCG tại Việt Nam.

Kiến thức:

- Am hiểu về kinh tế vĩ mô, thị trường ngành FMCG
- Am hiểu các hoạt động kinh doanh và marketing trong doanh nghiệp.
- Am hiểu công tác nghiên cứu thị trường và xây dựng chiến lược marketing
- Am hiểu về các công cụ digital Marketing

Kỹ năng:

- Kỹ năng nghiên cứu và phân tích thông tin thị trường
- Kỹ năng hoạch định chiến lược marketing
- Kỹ năng tổ chức, đo lường hiệu quả kế hoạch marketing hỗn hợp
- Kỹ năng quản lý các công cụ digital marketing
- Kỹ năng quản lý và lãnh đạo
- Kỹ năng đào tạo và huấn luyện nhân viên
- Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt

Phẩm chất:

- Có khả năng tư duy phân tích, sáng tạo và đề xuất các giải pháp phát triển thị trường
- Có khả năng hoạch định và thực thi chiến lược marketing
- Khả năng chịu áp lực công việc cao và sức ảnh hưởng

Độ tuổi:

Chân dung ứng viên : năng động, sang trọng, có thần thái. Tối thiểu 10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực FMCG ( Beverages,food, sữa, bánh kẹo, dầu ăn)..), những thương hiệu ( Brand )lớn có tên tuổi cả trong nước và quốc tế, ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí Head of MKT/ MKT Director.
