Thiết kế hệ thống HVAC, PS, FF (thông gió, điều hòa không khí, hút khói, khí nén,...)
- Design HVAC, PS, FF systems (ventilation, air conditioning, smoke extraction, compressed air, etc.)._
Phân tích và thực hiện các giải pháp tối ưu về kỹ thuật, lập bảng chào giá cho đối tác.
Analyze and implement optimal technical solutions, prepare price quotations for partners.
Điều phối giá chào thầu.
- Coordinate tender pricing._
Đánh giá hồ sơ dự thầu và lập kế hoạch đấu thầu.
- Evaluate tender documents and prepare tender plans._
Đàm phán, phối hợp các điều khoản chính với các đối tác.
- Negotiate and coordinate main terms with partners._
Thực hiện công tác đấu thầu các gói thầu được phân công đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng, công bằng, đem lại hiệu quả tốt nhất cho Công ty.
- Conduct tendering for assigned packages to ensure progress, quality, fairness, and maximize efficiency for the _Company._
Thực hiện các công việc theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors_

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Tốt nghiệp Đại Học trở lên về các chuyên ngành hệ thống Cơ (nhiệt lạnh, cấp thoát nước ), Điện Công Nghiệp, Kỹ Thuật điện hoặc một số ngành học liên quan khác;
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Systems (refrigeration, drainage...), Industrial Electrical Engineering, _Electrical Engineering, or related fields;_
Ưu tiên ứng viên tốt nghiệp Đại Học Bách Khoa và Đại Học Sư Phạm Kỹ Thuật.
- Ho Chi Minh City University Of Technology (HCMUT), Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education (HCMUTE) is preferred. _
Có ít nhất 7 năm kinh nghiệm và kiến thức chuyên sâu về mảng cơ, HVAC, PS, FF.
- Minimum 7 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in mechanical, HVAC, PS, FF fields._
Có kinh nghiệm công trường là một lợi thế.
- Site experience is advantageous._
Tình thần nhanh nhẹn, tư duy logic tốt.
- Quick-thinking and good logical thinking skills._
Tiếng Anh giao tiếp
- English communication skills;_
Thời gian làm việc: từ thứ 2 đến thứ 7 (Thứ 2 - thứ 6: 8h00 - 17h30, thứ 7 từ 8h00 - 12h00)
- Working hours: from Monday to Saturday (Monday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:30 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm)_
