The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan.

The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee's buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.


  • Serve as a key member of the ShopeeFood business development team to define the current landscape, strategize and execute top business development/partnership opportunities with Enterprise merchants.
  • Manage merchants, set objectives, develop sales, monitor performance and plan campaigns to achieve monthly targets.
  • Utilize ShopeeFood's network and resources to generate leads and enhance merchant initiatives, improving the overall merchant experience.
  • Be the focal point to support and consult solutions for merchants in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Min 35 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (B2B is preferable).
  • Demonstrate strong track record in project management, and managing internal/external stakeholders.
  • Great interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Logical thinking, strong problem solving skills and results oriented.
  • Fluency in English (both verbally and writing).
  • Good team player, with an aptitude for sales and the ambition to constantly outperform KPIs.
