Responsibilities:

Department Creation: Establish and develop a department focused on the sale of niche and oilseed crops.

Market Entry Strategy: Develop, plan, organize, and oversee the execution of campaigns aimed at entering the national market for niche and oilseed crops.

Sales Management: Manage the sales process for niche and oilseed crops, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
-
Market Analysis: Analyze the domestic market for niche and oilseed crops to identify new partners and target opportunities.
-
New Customer Acquisition: Search for and attract new B2B buyers, ranging from large-scale purchasers to small wholesale online marketplaces and restaurants.

Customer Base Management: Maintain and work with the existing customer base to foster long-term relationships.

Negotiations and Sales Implementation: Conduct negotiations and manage the import sales process for niche and oilseed crops, from large ship consignments to smaller wholesale deals.

Contract Management: Conclude contracts, agree on prices, and monitor and coordinate the entire contractual process until delivery to the final buyer.

Sales Planning: Plan sales activities to ensure the achievement of planned indicators.

Complaint Management: Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Price Modeling: Develop and implement pricing models for contracts.

Payment Control: Oversee payments and manage receivables.

Market Risk Analysis: Monitor and analyze market risks, calculate their impact, and provide recommendations on managing risks in the national market.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degrees
  • Native Vietnamese Speaker
  • English Proficiency
  • Advanced MS Office Skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales of niche and oilseed crops
  • Experience running a sales department
  • Full package of necessary documents/certificates for import
  • Knowledge of import sales specifics for various crops
  • Ideally, experience participating in a startup
  • Optional: Base of potential buyers in the national B2B market

Reporting Structure:

  • Direct Report to CEO (Russian) initially
  • Later Report to Project Director

Location:
Ho Chi Minh City (HCM)

Working Hours: 5 days a week, 48 hours a week

Salary Package: 2500-3
