Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in education, business administration or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer service environment with a strong requirement for a customer orientated approach and highlevel admin support, ideally in an education environment.
  • Prior experience and confidence of working with diverse processes, systems and data bases.
  • Strong experience in delivering excellent customer service across a wide range of internal and external customers
  • Strong organisational and planning skills and ability to set priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing information and able to work with confidential information.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and work under pressure.
  • Proficient use of standard office software, such as Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
