Admin Related

  • Making client contracts, and payment documents
  • Partners related: Making contracts, Monthly fee calculation & confirmation, Service fee confirmation
  • Office related: Contract management, Office inventory management (included training tools)
  • Logistic related: Rental car bookings/Air ticket bookings/Hotel bookings/Sending documents
  • Internal meetings scheduling
  • Internal communication regarding important information (included holiday schedules)
  • Reports: Material usage report to Japan
HR Related

  • Salary/Bonus calculation (Have form)
  • Monthly reimbursement confirmation
  • Upload Payroll slip of each member to relevant folder
  • Social Insurance registration for newcomers/Social insurance change (if needed)/Social insurance calculation & payment follow up
  • Expats related: Getting/Renewal Visa/WP/Resident card (Work with Consulting firms)
Accounting Related

  • Cash Flow/Balance management
  • Account Payable: Input & store invoices/receipts into system/Remittance making/Check the balance of invoices and actual payments
  • Account Receivable: Prepare payment documents/Input to system, Issue VAT invoices
  • Coordinate with accounting firm to make monthly financial statement as well as Tax declaration/Submit Tax declarations
  • Reports: Monthly cost & sales report/cash flow report to SEA&JP/Monthly management report to VN management team

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Japanese level: ~N2 upward
  • Strong experience in the same position, preferably in Japanese companies
  • Having accounting knowledge/experience is a big advantage.
  • Trusting, Considerate, Cooperative, Responsive, Detailoriented, Quick to act
  • Good communication skills
  • Open to feedback from other people, and not hesitate to speak out your opinions
