Directly manage the work of the General Affairs Department and be in charge of all factory operations including logistics, security, electrical maintenance, infrastructure, vehicle management and safe production management.

1. Facilities management: determine needs, purchase, allocate, and periodically inspect the company's facilities system;

2. Maintains good working environment conditions for the office sector; recommending adjusted regulations in order to meet with the company's production situation.

3. Manages office administrative work: manage paperwork, books, issue uniforms and anti-static labor protection, make payments related to General Affairs Jobs such as car rental, electricity, water, food and beverage expenses for guests,;
- Quản lý công tác hành chính văn phòng: quản lý giấy tờ, sổ sách, cấp phát đồng phục và bảo hộ lao động chống tĩnh điện, thực hiện các thanh toán liên quan tới Hành chính như tiền thuê xe ô tô, điện, nước, chi phí ăn uống tiếp khách,v.v;_

4. Coordinates service work (security, canteen, cleaning items, reception, transportation, plant care, tea, reception, general company schedule;
- Điều phối công tác phục vụ (Bảo vệ, Nhà ăn, vệ sinh, lễ tân, phương tiện đi lại, chăm sóc cây, trà nước, tiếp khách, lịch làm việc chung của công ty;_

5. Coordinates logistics for company training activities and events;
- Điều phối công tác hậu cần phục vụ các hoạt động đào tạo, sự kiện của công ty;_

6. Operates, manages, and maintains vehicles and machinery with strict requirements on occupational safety and hygiene: elevators, air compressors, lightning arrestors; transformer stations, adsorption towers, air conditioning ;
- Vận hành, quản lý, bảo trì bảo dưỡng các các phương tiện, máy móc có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn vệ sinh lao động: thang máy, máy nén khí, thu lôi chống sét; trạm biến áp, các tháp hấp phụ, hệ thống điều hoà v.v;_

7. Be responsible for ensuring auxiliary equipment systems, production support equipment, electrical and water equipment operate stably. Managing maintenance of all related equipment under the department's management.
