Job Responsibilities:

  • Interpret during manager's meetings
  • Translate documents as required
  • Perform accounting/tax-related tasks including collecting accounting documents, preparing accounting/tax supplementary documents, and handling cash payments
  • Contact service providers and companies regarding tax laws and register dependents with tax authorities
  • Execute HR and administrative duties like payroll management, mandatory insurance procedures compliance, and support in staff recruitment
  • Conduct general tasks such as procuring tools/equipment, buying uniforms, and organizing company events
  • Handle tasks related to the trade union and fulfill management requests
  • Coordinate company trips and quarterly parties
  • Other assignments provided by the Japanese General Director

Necessary Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree (majors in Economics, Accounting, Commerce, etc.)
  • Language: Japanese (Conversational Level - N3 to N2 equivalent)
  • 3 years of relevant experience in General Affairs, Human Resources, Sales Admin, or Accounting in any industry
  • Previous work experience in large-scale companies with over 100 employees and substantial cross-departmental interaction
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of basic Excel functions for time management and payroll
