This role reports to Head of Non-biddable

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

  • Win the team's trust
  • Thorough understanding of the processes, platforms, tools, technologies in use on client business
  • Get on top of all the ongoing campaign operation

  • Strengthen the existing standardized operational effectiveness

  • Be a trusted expert and leader of team raising your individual and team profile internally and regionally

  • Driving process level improvement for creating operational efficiency and workload

What your day job looks like:

  • Provide best in class knowledge of non-biddable media to GroupM agency stakeholders and the GroupM Nexus team
  • Support the Associate Director/Director Campaign Delivery team in meeting strategy, planning, execution and reporting requirements
  • Support the Associate Director/Director Campaign Development Team to work with GroupM agency teams to manage client budgets and deliver on annual media KPIs
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve and enhance clients' campaigns and advise Agency teams accordingly
  • Support the Associate Director/Director of the Campaign Development team to review output from the GroupM Nexus before delivering to the client team to ensure a best in class response
  • Assist GroupM Agencies in consolidating data for ad hoc reports (eg CSI/Savings Report/Cost Avoidance)
  • Deliver holistic cross channel campaign analysis (ie mid and post campaign), working with respective buying teams to provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Be robust and confident to be able to work under time pressure
  • Be able to adjust priorities to meet changing client needs
  • Establish solid relationships and nurture collaboration with the GroupM agencies and the GroupM Nexus teams
  • Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time

What you'll bring:

  • At least 5 years of media planning and buying experience
  • Extensive knowledge in traditional media and nonbiddable digital media
  • Proven and extensive experience in campaign execution
  • Project management and ability to handle multiple stakeholder levels
  • Able to effectively develop and motivate people to achieve joint goals
  • Meticulous attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about Non-Biddable media
  • Excellent knowledge of negotiations and inflation management
  • Analytical personality with a talent for innovative thinking and problemsolving
  • Numerically inclined, ability to interpret data and statistical information
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Leadership skills demonstrated by selfconfidence, good judgement, sound decisionmaking, empathic listening, flexibility, selfmotivation and ability to challenge the status quo.
