Reporting of the role

This role reports to:
Associate Director, Content Strategy

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

  • Fluent GroupM & INCA processes (internal & external).
  • Learn & get trained to use internal tool of GroupM (IncaTech) and more
  • Manage to run & analyze influencer social campaign on your own.

In six months:

  • Proficiency in executing campaigns from start to finish and to achieve objectives within the determined campaign period
  • Develop the creative eye in assessing the creatives and performance branded content across various digital formats, such as articles, videos, social snacks and influencer formats.

In 12 months:

  • Able to completely grasp the systems and processes of the INCA team and can propose ideas and processes that will improve the workflow
  • Take ownership of the role of being an "agency guardian" and taking ownership in your KPIs and collective team targets

Job description:

  • Manage & Responsible of one Content Strategy unit under INCA brand for GroupM clients.
  • Building Content Strategy offer for the GroupM. Work with clients & agencies to develop clear & engaging content /influencer marketing strategies.
  • Creation of competitive advantages for our clients in Content Marketing & Influencer Marketing.
  • Overseeing Business profitability and quality of the projects.
  • Conduct indepth competitive audits on client's content /influencer marketing activities.
  • Play an active role in conceptualization, research, planning and development of client's influencer campaign.
  • Manage content partnership, by exploring new opportunity with GroupM preferred partners or proactively initiating projects to unlock new business.
  • Identify new content /influencer marketing trends and opportunities to spark conversation and potential content creation.
  • Collaborate and coordinate projects with Global and Regional INCA / GroupM teams.
  • Represent INCA Vietnam on local and international forums.

Qualifications & competency:

  • Minimum 5year experience in Content Marketing field
  • Experience in leading Content Marketing projects & Teams
  • Practical skill in implementation of Social Media / Content / Influencer Marketing Projects
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Senior digital expert knowledge
  • Good in communication: Master in Vietnamese (both speaking & writing) & Excellent in English (speaking, presenting & writing)
  • Very deep knowledge of social media trend & content & influencer industry market
  • Problem solving
