Executive, INCA Digital Analyst to join us.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to:
Associate Director, Content Strategy

In this role, your goals will be:

In three months:

  • Fluent GroupM & INCA processes (internal & external).
  • Learn & get trained to use internal tool of GroupM (IncaTech) and more
  • Manage to run & analyze influencer social campaign on your own.

In six months:

  • Manage & support Content Strategy and Operation team to analyze & give recommendation.
  • Master all internal & new tools to bring incremental value insights for internal teams.
  • Bolster internal process by optimizing analytic WOW and assets of reporting.

In 12 months:

  • Champion in all tools at GroupM, optimize entire data & analyze process.
  • Identifying digital opportunities to overcome the challenge.

Job description:

  • Closely work with Content Strategy & Operation teams in taking & digesting client's brief
  • Closely work and manage vendors in campaign executing to collect data & report.
  • Use data to solve business and marketing problems.
  • Ensure project information (budget, phasing etc) is well reported in the system.
  • Ensure administrative requirements (contracting, allocation management etc) are well managed per client's principle

Qualifications & competency:

  • Minimum 2year experience in advertising/communication industry, especially as a project/ account management role (agency preferred)
  • Problem solving & Open mind.
  • Excellent written and storytelling skills
  • Understand digital analytics (social media, social listening, website )
  • Familiar with operating digital listening tools
  • Good in communication: Master in Vietnamese (both speaking & writing) & Excellent in English (speaking, presenting & writing)
  • Goof skill in excel for data processing.
  • Has basic knowledge on influencer marketing.
