**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Hỗ trợ vận hành hệ thống kiếm soát giá nhằm giảm chi phí phát sinh vì giá cao, đảm bảo chất lượng dịch vụ.
- Đảm bảo thực thi các chính sách, quy trình ở các lĩnh vực: Thu mua - Giao nhận - Lưu trữ.
- Hỗ trợ bộ phận F&B về định giá, khảo sát, lên thực đơn và kiểm soát giá nhằm điều chỉnh khẩu phần, nguồn hàng phù hợp.
- Quan sát, tìm kiếm nguồn hàng với giá và chất lượng cạnh tranh trên thị trường, cũng như so sánh với các resort trong khu vực..
- Thường xuyên kiểm tra tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của các đơn vị cung cấp.
- Kiểm tra, vệ sinh, bảo trì, bảo dưỡng kho và các công cụ dụng cụ.
- Xây dựng định mức chi phí sử dụng cho các bộ phận: như chi phí điện thoại, chi phí tiêu hao nguyên liệu, chi phí văn phòng phẩm, chi phí cost bếp, cost phần hành nhà hàng nước uống pha chế
- Tham gia các chương trình bồi dưỡng, nâng cao trình độ - nghiệp vụ khi được resort tạo điều kiện.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác khi được cấp trên yêu cầu.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình, quy định và tiêu chuẩn của resort.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Trình độ Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành kế toán, quản trị tài chính hoặc có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ chuyên môn
- Có tối thiểu 2 - 4 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương tại các khách sạn, resort 3-5 sao.
- Sử dụng Tiếng Anh tốt.
- Sử dụng thành thạo vi tính văn phòng, các phần mềm kế toán.
