The Finance Operations Controller role is responsible to provide operation result review, financial analysis, planning and reporting of business activities in a timely manner, hence contributing to resource optimization and cost efficiency.

Your primary responsibilities include monthly P&L reporting, variance & performance analysis, Target/Rolling Forecast, investment analysis / control, and some market intelligence.

You will closely interact with Sales & Business Developers, Operation, and Finance & Accounting for commercial affairs to achieve the company's goal and objectives.


How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?:

  • Manage data interface to the different reporting systems and manage allocation rules to various product lines.
  • Perform variance analysis of Company's performance on a monthly basis in coordination with different departments.
  • Drive Target and Reforecast exercise according to the time frame required in close coordination with Finance & Accounting.
  • Collect sales forecasts from Sales & Business Developers and cost elements from Operation and other departments.
  • Develop gap closure/expander action items working with Sales & Business Developers.
  • Provide promptly economics for different business assumptions in Industrial Merchant.
  • Specific within this investmentdriven industry, each cash out investment needs to be reviewed carefully.
  • Operations Controller will be the 1st gate to validate the project, specifically:
  • Verify business economics study for projects.
  • Recommend for the asset if there is any idle that can be utilized.
  • Support on preparing supporting documents.
  • Support on fixed asset capitalization process.
  • Update status of the plant operation and selling volume, give advice if there is any possible gap.
  • Analysis to give insight supporting the decision making process.

Are you a MATCH?:

  • University degree of Financial & Banking field and related field.
  • Preferably 13 years experience.
  • Good knowledge of finance and accounting.
  • Good writing and speaking skills in English would be an advantage.
  • Strong business sense, analysis skill, logical thinking & proactiveness.
  • Solutionfocused decision making.
