Working in controlling areas which cover production costing, planning, forecasts, ABP, ICP, month-end closing and management reporting. A key member in all cost improvement & inventory relevant projects with relevant departments.

Ensure strong partnership with Accounting team to resolve costing issues (if arise), in charge for internal and external audit in costing aspects.

Uphold accuracy, quality and consistency in the most efficient manner.

COM and ICP simulation:

  • In charge of COM and ICP calculation and analysis for production
  • Perform cost variance analysis by model, machine cost centers and processes
  • Highlight major deviations and propose/initiate corrective action plans
  • Simulation ICP for new product and product transfer to analyze the feasibility
  • Participate in all costing related projects / initiatives and collaborate with relevant departments
  • Identify potential cost reduction opportunities where possible
  • Identify and implement best practices and process improvements, where relevant

Planning:

  • Coordinating and developing the Annual Business plan.
  • Analyse COM and margin for development
  • Prepare related ABP reports and analysis
  • Coordinate for timely submission to both Regional Headquarter and Headquarter.

Stock Valuation:

  • In charge of periodic stock valuation and stock ageing evaluation. Make alignment between GL and breakdown. Ensure cost accuracy on the Raw material, WIP and FG level.
  • Responsible for stock taking per company policy and group requirements

Regular Reporting:

  • Overall responsible for P&L and all cost related reporting
  • Month-End Closing by 3rd Working day
  • Prepare reporting requirements from both Regional HQ and HQ

Capex and fixed assets:

  • Capex spending tracking and control and reconcile with FA Sub ledger

Others:

  • Responsible for internal audit and external audit for costing part
  • Support Accounting team to solve issues or concerns that may arise
