Người đảm nhận vị trí có trách nhiệm:

- Phối hợp với Chuyên gia cao cấp Quản lý định biên và chi phí nhân sự trong việc điều phối và giám sát việc xây dựng kế hoạch định biên, xây dựng chi phí nhân sự hàng năm phù hợp với mục tiêu, chiến lược của Ngân hàng tại từng thời kỳ
- Nâng cao hiệu quả quản trị chi phí hoạt động của toàn ngân hàng xuyên suốt quá trình quản lý chi phí từ lập kế hoạch đến quản lý chi tiêu, báo cáo and phân tích hiệu quả sử dụng chi phí hoạt động phù hợp với định hướng và chiến lược của Ngân hàng
- Thực hiện các chuyên đề chuyên sâu về quản lý định biện và chi phí

**Key Accountabilities (1)**:

- Nghiên cứu quy trình xuyên suốt quản lý chi phí và thiết kế/ điều chỉnh khung quản trị chi phí của Ngân hàng để phù hợp với những thay đổi theo định hướng của kế hoạch chiến lược
- Đánh giá các rủi ro tiềm tàng, thiết kế các quy trình chi tiết và triển khai các hoạt động để quản lý thay đổi khi đưa quy trình mới vào vận hành

- Lập kế hoạch và phối hợp với các bên liên quan để thực hiện các chuyên đề phân tích định biên, chi phí nhân sự
- Cải tiến và hỗ trợ Chuyên gia cao cấp để phát triển các công cụ, phương pháp, mô hình mới để xây dựng ngân sách định biện và chi phí nhân sự, dự phóng và phân tích hiệu quả chi phí
- Trực tiếp hướng dẫn, điều phối và kiểm soát công việc của nhân sự tham gia vào các chuyên đề

- Tham gia các dự án liên quan tới quản lý chi phí của ngân hàng
- Các công việc khác theo phân công của Giám đốc bộ phận

- Bằng cấp/nghiệp vụ: Có trình độ từ đại học trở lên tại các trường đại học về Kinh Tế, Tài chính, Ngân hàng. Ưu tiên những người có trình độ trên đại học và được đào tạo chuyên sâu về kinh tế, ngân hàng, tài chính, đặc biệt theo học các chương trình tài chính quốc tế.
- Kinh nghiệm: 7 năm
- Tiếng Anh: TOEIC tối thiểu 550 hoặc tương đương
- Thành thạo SQL, Power BI
