  • Taking charge of planning, developing, managing and overseeing employer branding activities.
  • Performing analysis, forecasting the hiring needs of the departments and working closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop a hiring strategy for each role.
  • Research and build the new talent acquisition tools/ ideas/ strategies in order to remain on the sustainability recruitment.
  • Coordinate with Head Department to build Job description/ KPI/ Test for each position, update and change.
  • Designing, planning, and executing recruitment and selection processes (e.g. screen CV and conduct interviews, administer tests (if any), offers, onboarding, coordinate with Hiring manager to build & evaluate a probationary program, etc).
  • Provide recruitment status reports to Manager and analyze recruitment metrics, developing action plans based on results.
  • Performing employee satisfaction assessments and workshops and recommending measures to improve employee retention.
  • All other duties as required by the line manager.

Job requirements:

  • Good at English (both speaking and writing).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field.
  • 57 years full cycle recruitment in FMCG companies required.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
  • Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively to problem solve and effectively communicate possible solutions and improvements to programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding skills within the department, across departments, and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills and customerservice attitude.
  • Positive, professional disposition and flexibility to handle regular interruptions and unexpected changes to workflow.
