**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose suitable solutions under specific timelines.
- Post the jobs on the company’s website, job boards, and social media.
- Act as a consultant to hiring managers and support them to acquire talents with an understanding of the market challenges.
- Facilitate English and technical online tests and also facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain daily updates on recruitment systems (Jira & ATS).
- Participate in daily short meetings with the Team/Manager.
- Carry out other recruitment tasks when assigned by the team manager.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans.

**WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE**:

- 2-3 years of experience in the IT Recruitment
- Demonstrated experience in successfully operating large-scale recruit campaigns
- Experience in executive search firms or high-tech companies (a big plus)
- Ability to communicate in English fluently (required)
- A high-performance record and a valuable industry network
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, time management skills, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills
- Be results-oriented, self-motivated, self-confident, self-disciplined, and a self-starter
