- Planning: Collaborate with RM/TL/EFSC/SFSC/FSC in planning sales & training activities including OB, BOP, GP, Meeting, Eventin the assigned Bank Partners on monthly basis.

Lập kế hoạch: Phối hợp với RM / TL / EFSC / SFSC / FSC trong việc lập kế hoạch các hoạt động bán hàng & đào tạo bao gồm OB, BOP, GP, Họp mặt, Sự kiệntại các Đối tác Ngân hàng phụ trách hàng tháng.
- Execution: Deploy the planned sales & training activities in the assigned Bank Partners to achieve projected sales targets including APE, Recruitment & Active ratio.

Thực hiện: Triển khai các hoạt động bán hàng & đào tạo tại các Đối tác Ngân hàng được giao để đạt được các mục tiêu doanh số dự kiến bao gồm tỷ lệ APE, Tuyển dụng & tỷ lệ hoạt động.
- Supervision & Management: Supervise & manage sales performance in the assigned Bank Partners and sales team in terms of APE, recruitment, active ratio & compliance,

Giám sát & Quản lý: Giám sát và quản lý hoạt động bán hàng của các Đối tác Ngân hàng và nhóm bán hàng (về APE, tuyển dụng, tỷ lệ hoạt động & tuân thủ).
- Training & Development: Train & develop the agency force including: RM/TL and sales team in accordance with the career path in the assigned Bank Partners.

Đào tạo & Phát triển: Đào tạo & phát triển lực lượng đại lý bao gồm: RM / TL và đội ngũ kinh doanh phù hợp với lộ trình nghề nghiệp tại các Đối tác Ngân hàng được giao.
- Internal & external relationships: Maintain solid & effective collaboration STD/DOS/OP/NBUW/COMPLIANCE and Bank Partners.

Tạo dựng quan hệ bên trong & bên ngoài: Duy trì sự hợp tác vững chắc và hiệu quả giữa STD / DOS / OP / NBUW / COMPLIANCE và các Đối tác Ngân hàng.
- Others: assigned by Head of Bancassurance from time to time.

2/Job Requirements / Yêu cầu

Qualification:

- Bachelor or Colleae Degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance.

Tốt nghiệp đại học hoặc Cao Đẳng, ưu tiên các chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị Kinh doanh, Tiếp thị, Bảo hiểm.

Experiences:

- At least 5 year experience working as sales supervisor preferably in insurance, FCMG or foreign-invested financial companies

Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm giám sát bán hàng, ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực bảo hiểm, FCMG hoặc các công ty tài chính có vốn đầu tư nước ngoài.
- Additional management training experience is an advantage.

Có kinh nghiệm đảo tạo, quản lý là lợi thế.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
