**Mô Tả Công Việc**:
MỤC TIÊU / _OBJECTIVES_:

- Là cầu nối giữa đối tác và FE Credit trong việc giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh; truyền thông; đào tạo; bán hàng và các hoạt động khác
- Connect third party partners and FE Credit in solving arising problems; the media; educate; sales and other activities_

TRÁCH NHIỆM CHÍNH / _RESPONSIBILITIES_:

- Hỗ trợ Quản lý kinh doanh (Channel Managers) trong các việc quản lý, giám sát các hoạt động bán của đối tác.
- Supporting Channel Managers in managing and supervising activities of partners' sale_
- Phối hợp cùng với nhân viên của đối tác trong các hoạt động bán hằng ngày, đảm bảo đạt được các kế hoạch đề ra.
- Coordinate with the partner's team in day-to-day activities, ensuring that the planned goals are met._
- Thực hiện các báo cáo về tình hình kinh doanh, lũy kế bán hàng,
- Make reports on business situation, accumulated sales,..._
- Đề xuất và phối hợp với Ban dự án nhằm xây dựng các chương trình thúc đẩy bán hàng, xây dựng tinh thần cho đội bán
- Suggest & coordinate with Management team to build promotion programs, spirit raise-up_
- Hỗ trợ đội ngũ nhân viên FE Credit làm việc tại đối tác
- Supporting the FE Credit staff working at third party_
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Quản lý trực tiếp
- Other tasks as requested by Line Manager_

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:
YÊU CẦU / _REQUIREMENTS_:

- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng trở lên
- At least College graduation_
- Có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 1 - 2 năm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng, trong đó ít nhất 01 năm kinh nghiệm trong việc quản lý đội bán
- At least 1 - 2 years in sale industry, in which at least 01 year in sale team management position_
- Bán hàng qua điện thoại; quản lý đội bán, tuyển dụng nhân sự
- Telesale skills; Team management and Staff recruiting_
