Bancassurance, Analyst who is responsible for being accountable to drive sales of assigned bank partner dedicated to number of branches through (1) managing effective partners relationship with Bank's Branch Director and (2) building/driving a high performing IO/IS sales team to achieve sales performances and sustainable growth.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for executing monthly plan in assigned branches based activities to help the Branch achieve the defined/ allocated targets, customer service standard.
  • Be responsible for influencing bank partner in monthly plan execution in assigned branches based activities to help the Branch achieve the defined/ allocated targets, customer service standard.
  • Drive bank partners assigned branches on daily basis to grow and achieve agreed sales, persistency, and sustainable growth targets and suggest the initiatives to improve.
  • Liase and maintain effective relationship with the partner's branch manager to support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Work with IO/IS team of the assigned Branches to launch new product, implement sales promotion campaign and other marketing activities successfully.
  • Supervise the customer service delivered by sales team to maintain the customer service standard of the company and partner.
  • Be the key contact point for any customer feedback/complaints and follow up to make sure customer complaint are handled smoothly.
  • Keep track of quality of IO/IS performance in terms of legal and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support and provide legal and compliance training for the partners at branches and cooperate in handling issues.
  • Be responsible for hiring, developing and supervising, tracking the performance of IO/IS team.
  • Provide mentoring, GROW coaching, feedback, support and training and to help Sales team to improve their skills to achieve their targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum is College Degree
  • 23 years of managerial experience in business / sales development, ideally within insurance and/or banking sectors
  • Results driven, selfmotivated and ability to work under pressure, innovative and sales mindset
  • Proven ability to influence and build sustainable, profitable sales through third party distributors
  • Comprehensive knowledge of bancassurance products and processes
  • Experienced at training and developing sales teams
  • Clear written and verbal communication skill required
  • The ability to influence partners through mutual understanding is a key attribute.
