The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

  • Analyze large datasets involving users and tracking data to detect fraudulent activities of internal and external.
  • Deliver effective metrics to catch fraud behaviors and classify data of fraud to complete and update SOPs/ processes in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular reviews to track the effectiveness of fraud rules/metrics, in order to recalibrate and improve accordingly
  • Communicate with key stakeholders, and leaderships regularly on fraud patterns, fraud detection and mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate with the internal Risk team and SPX Regional team to reconcile Anti-Fraud tools/metric, support the investigation (if any) and update new findings/ patterns to all countries.
  • Being the PMO for any Anti-Fraud improvement tools/products/features including collaboration with local and regional teams from end to end.
  • Become a trusted partner for business to provide business solutions in term of fraud for all departments/functions.
  • Other tasks assign by the manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, finance or related disciplines.
  • 35 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills of extracting insights from large datasets with the help of SQL, Pythonand experience with visualization tools such as Data Studio, Tableau
  • Good project management skills, analytical, and problemsolving abilities
  • Builder mindset, proactive, cando attitude; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Acquaintance with Fraud/Risk Management framework in a fastpaced environment is a big plus.
