- Responsible for checking monthly bonus for sale team at the end of month.
- Directly entering data where appropriate
- Monitoring input activities of sales staff and noting where activity is low or high.
- Monitor data input for:
- Accuracy
- Completeness
- Timeliness
- Collect the feedback from users when using the system and then report it to improve CRM
- Collect new real estate projects every Week
- Train and assist new and existing staff on the use of the CRM
