Đóng vai trò quan trọng trong việc tư vấn và giới thiệu giải pháp thanh toán QR code của Techcombank tới những hộ kinh doanh gia đình và cá nhân kinh doanh. Đây là cơ hội để bạn giúp khách hàng sở hữu trải nghiệm về sự thuận tiện của giao dịch trong quá trình kinh doanh của họ.

**Mô tả công việc (1)**:

- Thực hiện công việc theo đúng chính sách, quy trình, quy định, hướng dẫn của Ngân hàng.
- Tuân thủ quy trình/hướng dẫn thẩm định Khách hàng và đảm bảo kiểm soát đầy đủ hồ sơ theo quy định khi giao dịch với khách hàng (Ví dụ: Thu thập hồ sơ, làm tờ trình, chuyển hồ sơ KH cho PCC, CCA, )
- Tuân thủ quy trình kiểm tra sau vay (kiểm soát mục đích sử dụng vốn của khách hàng, tình hình tài chính, )
- Nhận diện, báo cáo, tham gia các công tác xử lý rủi ro hoạt động.
- Tuân thủ các quy định về bảo mật thông tin và an ninh thông tin.

PHÁT TRIỂN CON NGƯỜI VÀ XÂY DỰNG VHTC
- Phát triển bản thân
- Tham gia đầy đủ các chương trình đào tạo của TCB
- Luôn có tinh thần tự học hỏi trong công việc và cuộc sống
- Chủ động xây dựng kế hoạch phát triển bản thân.
- Luôn có thái độ cởi mở chia sẻ thông tin với người khác and tinh thần sẵn sàng đón nhận thay đổi.
- Làm chủ, chịu trách nhiệm trong công việc, hướng đến kết quả vượt trội.
- Xây dựng VHTC tại đơn vị
- Xây dựng văn hóa gắn kết, khuyến khích đồng nghiệp đạt được thành công.
- Nhận thức đầy đủ về văn hóa tổ chức của Techcombank và thực hiện nhiệm vụ theo tinh thần 5 giá trị cốt lõi, chuẩn mực hành vi của TCB, thể hiện DNA của Techcomer.
- QUẢN TRỊ HIỆU QUẢ: QUẢN LÝ KẾ HOẠCH and KẾT QUẢ KINH DOANH
- Xây dựng và thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh của cá nhân để đạt được các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh được giao.

(*) Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên theo từng thời kỳ.

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học
- Khả năng giao tiếp tốt: Nhanh nhẹn, khéo léo, dễ tạo thiện cảm.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bán hàng, phát triển thị trường, mở thẻ, mở tài khoản, kinh nghiệm về ứng dụng thanh toán (Ví điện tử: Momo, VNPay) sẽ là một lợi thế nhưng không bắt buộc
- Làm việc fulltime từ 9:00 - 18:00 từ để đảm bảo sự phục vụ tốt nhất cho khách hàng;

- Thu nhập cạnh tranh: Lương cứng (9 triệu) + Hoa hồng theo năng lực hàng tháng
- Cơ hội thăng tiến và đồng hành cùng Techcombank sau 6 tháng ký Hợp đồng Dịch vụ;
