Panasonic RD Center Vietnam established in April, as a design and development company belongs to Panasonic Corporation in Vietnam, having its head office and laboratories at th Floor, East Tower, Lotte Center Hanoi, Lieu Giai St, Cong Vi Ward, Ba Dinh Dist, Hanoi, Vietnam, with the aims of enhancing research and developments activities in digital home appliances in Vietnam, designing developing software as well as strengthening global software development competences We are designing and developing high quality software solutions to contribute to the deployment of digital technology to Panasonic products to realize an affluent society for people around the world.
- Deliver Small Appliances products AV product training to all customers (modern trade, key dealers, distributors, retailers)
- Deliver Small Appliances products AV product training to internal members (sales team, PG, new staff)
- After completing Small Appliances products AV, need to expand product range to other product categories in the future
- Develop the training method and execute training plan (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
- Design relevant training materials: presentation files, training document, sales kit
- Adapt the training materials from headquarter / factory to match with Vietnam market
- Ensure the quantity quality of each training course and evaluate the training effectiveness
- Monitor update competitors' products prepare the comparisons sheet
