- Chủ trì xây dựng kế hoạch công việc theo tuần/ tháng/ quí đảm bảo các công việc đã phân bổ được hoàn thành hiệu quả, đúng thời hạn và đáp ứng đúng yêu cầu của công ty.
- Áp dụng và giám sát việc chấp hành các quy định về chuyên môn và an ninh an toàn của quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ mặt đất cho tàu bay theo tiêu chuẩn của công ty và các cơ quan chức năng.
- Thực hiện giám sát công tác hoạt động của nhân viên Phòng điều hành theo đúng nhiệm vụ được giao và đề xuất các biện pháp cải tiến chất lượng dịch vụ.
- Phát triển tốt các mối quan hệ giữa các đơn vị nội bộ và bên ngoài để thúc đẩy, nâng cao hình ảnh của công ty và hiệu quả cao trong kinh doanh.
- Soạn thảo các văn bản, quy định liên quan đến lĩnh vực công việc được giao.
- Tham gia biên soạn tài liệu và giảng dạy khi có yêu cầu.
- Thay mặt Trưởng phòng điều hành tham gia các cuộc họp khi được yêu cầu.
- Sẵn sàng phối hợp với các nhà chức trách sân bay khi được yêu cầu.
- Báo cáo định kì (ngày, tuần, quý) và đột xuất các hoạt động khai thác của Trung tâm cho Trưởng phòng điều hành.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao phó.
- _In charge of making weekly/ monthly/ periodic working plan to ensure that all assigned tasks will be finished on time with best quality and satisfy requirement of company. _
- _Implement and supervise procedure, security and safety compliance of concerned departments during ground handling process. _
- _Supervise operations management performance and propose solutions to improve service quality. _
- _Develop effective relationships that promote and enhance company branch and business efficiency. _
- _Compose document and regulations relating to assigned work. _
- _Take part in composing training material and training process as required. _
- _Participating to meeting on behalf of Head of operation management department as required. _
- _Coordinate with local authorities as required. _
- _Periodic (daily, weekly, quarterly) and extraordinary operation reports to the Head of operation management department. _
- _Perform other tasks as assign by upper level manager. _

**Requirements**:
**1. Học vấn**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên

**2. Kinh nghiệm**:

- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý ít nhất 3 năm với vị trí tương đương và 5 kinh nghiệm làm việc trong ngành Hàng không.

**3. Ngoại ngữ**:

- Tiếng Anh TOEIC 650 hoặc Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành tiếng Anh

**4. Kỹ năng tin học văn phòng**:

- Sử dung thành thạo tin học văn phòng (MS Office) và kỹ năng thuyết trình

**5. Yêu cầu khác**:

- Hiểu rõ về quy định an toàn hàng không, quy định về môi trường
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, có khả năng làm việc được với các cấp của công ty
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và phân công lao động.
- Kỹ năng đào tạo, hướng dẫn nhân viên
- Có kỹ năng quản lý con người trong môi trường năng động ở sân bay.
- Kỹ năng giao việc, khả năng gây ảnh hưởng và đàm phán với người khác bằng việc xây dựng các mối quan hệ.
- Có tính tự giác, có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc theo nhóm.
- Có thể đi công tác ngắn hạn khi được yêu cầu.
- Có thể làm thêm giờ, làm theo ca kíp.\

- _Minumum 3 years of management experience with equivalent position & 5 years of aviation bussiness. _

- _English TOIEC 650 or IELTS 5.5 or graduated from English major _

**_5. Other requirements:_**_ _
- _Extensive knowledge and understanding of air safety legislation, regulatory environments. _
- _Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to all levels of the organization. _
- _Organize and workforce allocation skill. _
- _Coaching skill. _
- _Demonstrate people management skills in operationally driven environment. _
- _Communication and delegation skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with others building positive relationships. _
- _Self-disciplines, able to work independently and within a team. _
- _Willing to work overtime and in shifts._
