- Chịu trách nhiệm mở rộng đối tác bán hàng cho công ty (Đối tác là Seller, tổ chức hoặc doanh nghiệp phù hợp với tiêu chí)
- Lên kế hoạch tiếp cận, tìm kiếm, thuyết phục đối tác hợp tác tiếp thị và bán sản phẩm
- Tham gia xây dựng chương trình và chính sách bán hàng cho các đối tác
- Quản lý đối tác và tham gia vận hành các chiến dịch như Kết nối, đề xuất sản phẩm, thỏa thuận chiết khấu)
- Xây dựng và thực hiện các chương trình phát triển thúc đẩy doanh thu (offline, online)
- Hỗ trợ xử lý mọi thắc mắc liên quan của đối tác về sản phẩm và quy trình bán hàng.

- Có kinh nghiệm/ hiểu biết liên quan bảo hiểm là 1 lợi thế
- Có mối quan hệ sẵn với các đối tác SME là 1 lợi thế
- Giao tiếp nhanh nhẹ, tính cách mạnh mẽ, có kĩ năng xử lý tình huống tốt
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm, lập kế hoạch, báo cáo và trình bày ý tưởng một cách rõ ràng
