POSITION PURPOSE


In this role, you will be collaborating with Marketing & Communications team leaders and team members to carry out administrative tasks according to BUV policies.


AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Follow up with the administrative steps within the procurement process as aligned with job

PIC:
Inputting Sourcing Request _(SR)_ / Raise Procurement Approval _(PA)_ / Contract alignment / Payment handling _(Advanced Payment & Liquidation)_

  • Coordinate with Event Team to monitor Marcom Merchandise warehouse: Goods receipt; Stock check; Goods release according to approved Merchandise requests. Check and fulfill Merchandise corners across University.
  • Plan, coordinate and arrange for MKT team's meetings and gatherings.
  • Support logistics (transportation, meals stationary ) for Marketing events.
  • Support logistics requests by Marcom team leaders/team members.
  • Other adhoc tasks as assigned by Line Manager

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS

  • College or University graduate
  • At least 1 year of experience at the same position _(Marketing/Sales administrative officer; Sales support assistant; etc.)_
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suites _(Word, Excel, Power Point)_
