Scope of work:

  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Support C&B and other tasks related to HR functions
  • Report directly to HR Manager.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruiting/ Recruitment Headhunt role or the equivalent positions
  • Good reading comprehension skills in English
  • Have a strong passion for Human Resource field
  • Positive thinking, open mind and eager to learn.
