Supporting OBA supervisor to manage the OBA group work.
- Hỗ trợ người giám sát OBA quản lý công việc của nhóm OBA._

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities/ **_Nhiệm vụ và trách nhiệm chủ yếu_**

1. Planning working shifts, manage human resources and report meals and work hours to the system for the OBA department.
- Lên kế hoạch chia ca, quản lý nhân sự và báo cơm, báo công lên hệ thống cho phòng OBA._

2. Managing current OBA sample list: Add new, cancel, borrow, add labels.
- Quản lý list mẫu hiện tại OBA: Thêm mới, hủy bỏ, mượn, bổ sung tem nhãn._

3. Checking the OBA test report. Enter the results into the oracle system.
- Kiểm tra lại báo cáo kiểm tra OBA Nhập kết quả lên hệ thống oracle._

4. Managing and store documents and inspection records at OBA according to ISO regulations.
- Quản lý, lưu trữ tài liệu, hồ sơ kiểm tra tại OBA theo quy định ISO._

5. Scanning các báo cáo kiểm tra OBA, lưu trữ và quản lý trên máy tính.
- Scan OBA test reports, store and manage on computer. _

6. Supporting team leader to prepare daily, weekly and monthly quality reports.
- Hỗ trợ trưởng phòng lập báo cáo chất lượng hàng ngày, hàng tuần, hàng tháng._

7. Summary of orders for tools and equipment: gloves, adhesive tape, stationery. Make lists and manage stationery and tool uses at OBA.
- Tổng hợp order công cụ dụng cụ: găng tay, bắng dính, văn phòng phẩm. Lập danh sách và quản lý văn phòng phẩm và công dụng dụng cụ tại OBA._

8. Supporting training and completing training documents and records for new workers.
- Hỗ trợ đào tạo và hoàn thiện tài liệu, hồ sơ đào tạo cho công nhân mới._

9. Tracking and monitoring progress of non-conforming reports discovered at OBA.
- Theo dõi và giám sát tiến độ các báo cáo không phù hợp phát hiện tại OBA._

10. Supporting in preparing documents to track the list of ECN and DN changes at OBA. Record results.
- Hỗ trợ lập hồ sơ theo dõi list thay đổi ECN,DN tại OBA. Ghi chép kết quả._

11. Monitoring the shipment plan. Check the shipping information on the shipping list then feedback the information in Vietnamese to the OBA inspector.
- Theo dõi tiến độ xuất hàng. Kiểm tra thông tin xuất hàng trên shipping list sau đó thông tin lại bằng tiếng Việt cho nhân viên kiểm tra OBA._

12. Preparing shipment reports for customers (Hard copy, soft copy).
- Chuẩn bị báo cáo xuất hàng cho các khách hàng (Bản cứng, bản mềm)._

+ Have experience in quality management in Electronic Factory (Experience in Outgoing quality is preferred).

+ English languages is basic communication (Understand using about translation tool when necessary).
