1. Participating in contributing ideas and planning projects and activities of the quality department;

2. Monitoring, evaluating data and reporting on the quality situation of the department, performing data analysis if requested from superiors;
- Theo dõi, đánh giá số liệu và báo cáo tình hình chất lượng của bộ phận, thực hiện phân tích số liệu nếu có yêu cầu từ cấp trên;_

3. Supporting operations department in performing work, ensuring all operations run smoothly and achieving optimal performance;
- Hỗ trợ bộ phận vận hành trong việc thực hiện công việc, đảm bảo mọi hoạt động trơn tru và đạt được hiệu suất tối ưu;_

4. Tiếp nhận, xem tài liệu từ các phòng ban, bộ phận rồi trình lên giám đốc phê duyệt;
- Receiving and reviewing documents from departments and divisions and submit them to the director for approval;_

5. Receiving information from the director and then communicating clearly and accurately to relevant departments, receiving feedback from superiors;
- Tiếp nhận thông tin từ giám đốc rồi truyền đạt rõ ràng, chính xác với các phòng ban liên quan, tiếp nhận thông tin phản hồi với cấp trên;_

Taking notes of meeting information, working minutes, and summarize content;
