**Position Summary**:
To be responsible for marking the annual manpower budget and implementing recruitment plans for the whole Company.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The duties listed below are intended only as examples of the various types of work that you may be asked to perform. The omission of specific statements of duties does not exclude them from the position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment to this class. You may be asked to perform other duties as assigned from time to time_.

1. Handling annual manpower budget for the whole Company;

2. Planning and implementing company recruitment strategies;

4. Cooperating with headhunting companies to fill open positions if have;

8. Salary negotiation, introducing company working environment and benefits and so on;

9. Handling all hiring paper works for new employees if they are employed such as letter of offer, probationary contracts, labor contracts and so on;

10. Building and using relationships with organizations and firms such as associations, universities and colleges to recruit employees;

11. Expressing help hands for learning and development jobs in the Company;

12. Other tasks as assigned by Manager/Officer.

**Qualifications - Knowledge & Experience**:
2. Proficiency in English language (mandatory);

3. Knowledge of psychology, communication and labor law is a great plus;

4. Proficiency in MS Office.

**Formal Education & Certification**:
1. BS in human resources and related fields.

**Work Conditions**:
1. 48hours per week;

2. Sitting for extended periods of time; Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, etc.;

3. Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings.
